Mentoring

Helping owners get from zero to one

I mentor small business owners and early founders on finding their first customers, choosing channels they can actually run, and handing repeat work to AI automation. It is the same work I do on my own products, made practical for a business without a tech team.

Customer acquisition through a multi-channel approach

What a session usually covers

Every session ends with something you can do that week. These are the four conversations that come up most.

1

Find your first ten customers

Who buys first, where they already spend time, and the message that gets a reply.

2

Pick channels you can actually run

Two or three channels that fit your hours and budget, tested in short cycles before you spend more.

3

Hand the busywork to automation

The tasks you repeat every week, rebuilt with tools like Zapier, n8n or an AI assistant, without hiring an engineer.

4

Go from idea to a first version

The smallest product someone will pay for, and how to know when it is ready.

Why owners find it useful

I build the things I recommend. The channel advice comes from running outbound and intent systems for real teams; the automation advice comes from removing standing manual work at the companies I have worked in, with the rule that any task done three times gets automated.

The easiest way to reach me is through any of the three programs. If you are already in one, ask for me by name, or email me and we will find a time.
